Shipping takes from 3-7 Business days on most units, depending on the unit ordered. We supply mostly used automotive parts. In most cases, these parts are still in the vehicle and have to be pulled and inspected prior to shipment, and we may have to pull more than one part to get you the best quality.

Freight Claims – Damage or shortages You, as the customer, are responsible to report all shortages and damages (visible or concealed) to the carrier within the required time. Contacting All The Time Auto does not relieve your responsibilities for making/filing a claim. Product must be inspected at the time of delivery. Shipments arriving by “Freight Truck” should be inspected prior to unloading for any visible exterior damage indicators and then again after unloading and then opened for full inspection. If the damage warrants refusal, the shipment may be refused and sent back to the shipper.

Warranty Information

All Parts are Replacement only

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Most engines, transfer cases, & transmissions come with atleast a 30 Day Warranty, most units newer than 1990 come with a 90 Day Warranty. Some units will have a lower price that are 1990 and above and have only a 30 Day Warranty or less. The Warranty given will be verbally given over the telephone before the customer's payment is made and written on the customer's invoice before the customer's payment is made. All the Time Auto Inc. does not Guarantee exact mileage on any auto part.

We require all preventative maintenance items to be replaced on all engines, transmissions, and rear axle assemblies. This includes, but is not limited to, spark plugs, distributers, oil pumps, seals, brake pads, rotors, and gaskets.

Ball Joint are not Guaranteed on any used auto parts.

Transmission oil cooler must be replaced new, or transmission warranty is void. (Auto Only)

Engine Blocks are guaranteed for the Block only to be free of cracks. We do not guarantee any of the internal parts in the block.

Seats are Guaranteed to be recoverable only and our Exchange Only.

Body Parts are guaranteed to fit and have a replacement only Warranty, Warranty is void after 15 Days of receipt of part.

Color matches are not guaranteed on body parts.

Electrical parts are guaranteed to be correct and have a replacement only Warranty.

Brake Rotors are Guaranteed to be turnable only.

Used Cyclinder Heads are Guaranteed to be free of Cracks only(head only).

Remanufactured Cylinders heads are Guaranteed for 90 Days.

AC Compressors have a 30 Day Replacement Only Warranty and the Warranty is void if a new Receiver/Drier is not installed. Purchase Reciept is required to get a replacement unit.

Headlights Have a 30 Day Replacement only Warranty, and we do not guarantee the bulb.

All other parts come with a 30 Day, Replacement Only Warranty.

All Warranty covers the part only at 100%. All the Time Auto Inc. does not cover labor, unless a labor warranty is purchased. We offer a labor Warranty on Engines & Transmissions which covers up to $40.00 an hour, although this only is applied to certain products.

We will provide a picture of the auto part before shipment, although a full payment must be made for this to be put onto an International work order and emailed to you. If the customer cancels there is a 20% Cancelation Fee.

We have a Replacement Only Warranty. Cancellations require a 20% or more Cancellation/Restocking Fee. Shipping is non refundable.
